Crap I’ve Written
Here you will find various series or categories that might interest you. Or that I think are amazing, which is all of them, because I wrote them.
Either way, welcome to Crap I’ve Written. Browse around and have fun!
On a Sunday in November of 2013 I woke up unable to walk. I had already had a rough weekend filled with ER visits for horrible hives that lead to anaphylaxis. That Sunday morning started this long journey I am on. For the last eight months, I have been in and out of doctors offices, had more blood drawn than I knew my body could produce in a year, and worked hard with a variety of medical professionals to take me from bedridden to (someday) being able to leave my house on my own. Life isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t mean I fail to have a snarky attitude or give the universe a middle finger when things get tough.
I decided to start this after numerous requests for written tutorials from bloggers I have helped. It is simply a collection of topics to help any blogger improve their game. If you see a topic I’ve missed, or have a topic to request, feel free to email me.
The title is meant to be a joke, but if you suck at blogging (like I did when I first started) I hope you are able to find some useful and helpful information in the series. If not, well, don’t say I never did nothing nice for ya!
Microwave Divas is an on going series during which I will periodically host guest bloggers as well as share my own recipes.
I’m a terrible and lazy cook, but have learned to do some pretty amazing things with the microwave and began calling myself a Microwave Diva, and thus the idea for the series was born! What you will find is a collection of easy healthy recipes. Though most will revolve around easy things to make for dinner, you will also find easy and microwavable desserts and snacks, as well as the occasional not so microwavable meal that was too delicious to pass up sharing. And sometimes, things will not be 100% healthy, but hey, sometimes we deserve a treat.
Trust Me, I’m a Vet Tech is a play on the old adage “trust me, I’m a doctor” and is a series about pet care and pet health that I have teamed up with Unconventional Mommy Tailsfollow to write. Each month we will cover a single topic, or group of questions from readers and Facebook followers to share our knowledge and help you keep your furry one happy and healthy.
If you have a question, feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to work it into a post in the series.
